BRIEF & SCOPE

First, we listen. We define the client’s brief and project scope in the early stages. A streamlined briefing process saves the client and trade professionals a huge amount of time and creates clarity and confidence from the outset.

BUDGET & FEASIBILITY

Once we have the client’s project aspirations mapped out, we explore costs and feasibility to help clients define their priorities. Calling on Quantity Surveyors and Planning Consultants, we create a ballpark budget and an estimate project timeline.

RECRUITMENT

Armed with a clear brief and an unparalleled knowledge of the industry, we identify the best team to complement the client and their project. Primarily we focus on Architect, Interior Designer, Landscape Designer and Contractor/Builder.

BROKERING & NEGOTIATIONS

We mediate all negotiations and oversee the appointment process. We provide fast and accurate analysis in order to ensure our clients appoint the right people and avoid costly mistakes further down the line. Our goal is to future proof a client’s investment by facilitating good decisions at the tender stage.
