BRIEF & SCOPE
First, we listen. We define the client’s brief and project scope in the early stages. A streamlined briefing process saves the client and trade professionals a huge amount of time and creates clarity and confidence from the outset.
BUDGET & FEASIBILITY
Once we have the client’s project aspirations mapped out, we explore costs and feasibility: calling on Quantity Surveyors and Planning Consultants to fine tune a clear picture and create a ballpark budget and an estimate project timeline. We help clients define their priorities and make informed decisions.
RECRUITMENT
Armed with a clear brief and an unparalleled knowledge of the industry, we identify the best team to complement and match the client and their project: primarily we focus on Architect, Interior Designer (Interior Decorator), Landscape Designer, Contractor (Builder).
BROKERING & NEGOTIATIONS
We mediate all negotiations and oversee the appointment process. We provide fast and accurate analysis in order to ensure our clients appoint the right people and avoid costly mistakes further down the line. Our goal is to future proof a client’s investment by facilitating good decisions at the tender stage.
