We also offer a due diligence service prior to the purchase of a property to help you understand the extent of a project before you embark on an offer.

With your budget more clearly defined, we ensure you only speak to firms who will fit commercially and aesthetically. We do the research and initial calls and conversations to save you the time and draw up a short list of experts, subject to what your project needs.

Post contract
Having put together your team, we remain at your side throughout the project. We may have helped you appoint a project manager to manage the team through design and construction or your architect may be acting as contract administrator or you may be managing it yourself. Whichever route you take our support is there at any time to ensure smooth communication throughout.
