Each one of us has had 20+ years experience in the design and property industries.

Alice Barrington-Wells / Partner
Alice works closely with clients to plan, manage and build the best possible teams and consultants to undertake large, complex or overseas residential property projects.
Alice set up Carter Wells in 2012 to provide a helpful approach to finding good Architects and Interior Designers, having specialised in Business Development and Marketing for Marston & Langinger, based on Pimlico Road in London. Alice has a very clear understanding of what it’s like to be on both sides of a project: as a designer and as a client. She has a huge passion to ensure both sides share an equal enthusiasm for a project before embarking on a contract together.
Alice has accumulated approximately 15 years in this niche, helping clients forge relationships with designers and builders to ensure a project gets off the ground successfully.
Carter Wells has grown and evolved and now helps clients appoint multiple services and consultants to build a professional bespoke team with confidence and professionalism.
Alice divides her time between London and North Yorkshire (born and bred) and where she lives with her husband and two daughters.
Nick Barrington-Wells / Partner
Nick works closely with property agents to helpfully integrate the Carter Wells service for private home buyers going through a property purchase.
Nick joined Carter Wells in 2018 to work independently with estate agents and search agents, helping integrate the Carter Wells service for private home buyers going through a property purchase.
Nick brings with him an influential network from the worlds of residential and hotel real estate, having headed up Marketing & Branding at leading hospitality brands such as Langham Hotels International, Grosvenor House JW Marriott, Rocco Forte Hotels.
Brought up between London and The Cotswolds Nick’s network stems deep, with the upmost discretion and integrity.
Between us we have a passion for property, sympathetic design and excellent service.
Sophie Coller / Director of Private Design Services
Sophie acts as a primary main point of contact for clients acting as consultant and advisor on private residential property projects.
Having started out in the art world, Sophie's passion for art, design and craftsmanship led to a 12-year stint at The Rug Company, where she played an integral role in the brand’s growth worldwide, heading up the franchise side of the business as well as spearheading a myriad of creative partnerships and collaborations. This time within the luxury design market stood her in good stead for her role as Managing Director at Kitesgrove and then Studio Ashby, two highly acclaimed interior design studios.
With over 20 years in the design and interiors industry, Sophie has a deep understanding of the complexity of residential projects and the need for a tailored, client led approach.
Working closely with Alice, together they are committed to ensuring every client is provided with reassuring, reliable and professional guidance and advice.
Noah Pearlman / Design & Build Property Consultant
Noah has nearly two decades of London property experience, he lives and works in North London, and found his niche working for some of the Capital’s most respected boutique estate agents.
Noah is happiest advising clients on their property and helping to unlock the full potential to maximise full market value for now and the future. He is driven by great architecture and design and a genuine passion to help achieve the very best outcome for all involved. He is renowned for his client relationships and creative approach.
